The Challenge
Making a 350 square metre industrial unit suitable for the operation of Fulbourn Medical, in only 4 weeks. Using partition walls to create two separate offices and moving a mezzanine floor, including office below, from their existing premises.
The Solution
The installation of solid and blind fitted window partition walls to create two offices totalling 24 square metres on the first floor and a 33 square metre fire rated office on the ground floor.
Installing new lighting, in various locations, throughout the building. Changing the switching of the existing lighting. Adding power points within dado trunking where required.
Laying 122 square metres of carpet tiles throughout the office areas. Installing 12 square metres of vinyl floor covering in the toilets and kitchen area.
Fitting vertical blinds to all the first-floor windows.
Dismantle, remove and rebuild a 34 square metre mezzanine floor, from their existing premises, 32 miles away and rebuild into the new industrial unit.
